Quote Required Replace Rotten Timber Arrange Electrician to disconect Range Hood if required Replace Kitchen Wall Lining Colour Match and repaint wall Unsure whether the job could be completed internally without disturbing the outside cladding. It is likely the exterior cladding could contain asbestos Possibility This was discovered by Electrician installing Range hood April 2022 The building company engaged to carry out repairs is no longer operating. This property changed owners Feb 2022. How long the historical dry rot has been there I have no idea. Would like work completed asap subject to quote and product availability. Possibly suit a builder who is between jobs or held up on a current project
