Bathroom & toilet room

Kia ora koutou, my home was build in the 1960s and is needing some help. I want to renovate my bathroom I want new walls, ceiling, floor, bath with shower hanging over bath new heat lamp & fan, vanity and for the current window to come out and a smaller window to be put in. I have all of the materials including a window and cladding. Can you please help? And for my toilet I am wanting just a new toilet to be put in. a small shelf and the Lino to be pulled up and flooring to be layed and I have all of these materials also. I have extra money if need more work to be done eg if you find something ugly behind wall or floor or if need extra material. Hopefully someone can help me out. Nga Mihi
