Building Tiny Homes

Hey, Looking for someone, preferably self employed/sole trader (to start with) to help build tiny homes in our new up n coming business. Can change to employed/contract if suits both parties. Flexible hours, 15 to 40 hours per week, depending on applicant. So anyone who has recently gone out on there own and looking for a few or more guaranteed days a week in a covered work site (no more weather days), to someone who could be looking at not working full or running their own jobs anymore. Unfortunately I don't have time to train someone with little to no experience. Ideal candidate would have experience in general building (LBP not required but general understanding of 3604), own tool belt, impactor and drill, drivers license and own means of travel (vehicle with 3.5Ton towing capacity big plus). heavy power tool (like drop saw) not necessary. Building site is between two 40ft containers, with 10m span cover, In Aokautere. always dry and safe from sunburn. Option to travel/work off site when transporting Tiny Homes to site, setting up and building a deck. currently myself (35yo male) and my right hand man (semi retired) work about 30 hours a week on site and my wife occasionally when its time to decorate and help with electrical. We pay market rates depending on experience level.
