Remove sarking and add dwangs

1900's home, still with original scrim and sarking walls in place. I would like the sarking removed and dwangs/bracings installed, so it is ready for insulation and Gib/stopping application. The house is being rewired on the week of 27 Apr. Room 1: 3.4m x 3.4m x height 3.0m Room 2: 3.4m x 3.4m x height 3.0m Hallway: 3.3m x 1.2m x 3.0m Quote can assume wall paper and scrim is removed, however the sarking (to be removed and replaced by dwangs) is still in place. Builders crack requires me to provide an estimate of costs but i dont really know.
