replace ceiling in laundry, check and possibly replace certing in bedroom/lounge/bathrooms including cabnets, may require a electrical and plumbing check this is a insurance clam and we have been given the go ahead for quotes etc , this will be my first experienceon this scale , In short a bath was left to run for up to 2/3/4 hours and caused a major clean up with is completed including carperts and wall but will still need to be checked the bath is a Single spa bath and has possible electrical damage to the pump. the plumbing will also needed to be check to insure that no inturnal damage was done to the seals etc all areas damaged have easy access. bathroom and laundry cabinety may need to be replace once it has been assest. This is an insurance claim so just need quotes for now.
