Replace wet subflooring and vinyl

I have a corridor with some badly water damaged subfloor panels that need to be replaced and the vinyl relayed. The skirting board has been removed and the vinyl partially lifted. There is also the start of damage in the bathroom due to poor sealing that I'd appreciate a quote to replace. I am available for viewing anytime during the day until Sunday 10/3, after which I would need to organise a time in the evening if at all possible. Many thanks.
