building houses

Im looking for a builder who's a decent boss and willing to give my 18 year old son a job. hes almost finished his level 3 carpentry at UCOL and is passionate about building houses. Doesn't have his own transport yet but i am able to drop him off and pick up. Hes hard working and will have a go at anything.
