1. Replace Srairs: Remove existing stairs. Frame and preperation for installation of new stairs. New stairs are 'secondary private' with winder. To be enclosed with gib walls surronding. 2. Internal Walls. Construct approx 25m of internal walls with 8 doors and 1 cavity slider to be installed. Walls/doors to be completed to pre-line inspection. Stud height is just over 2.4m. 3. External Doors: Replace 1 front door and frame. Replace 1 french door approx 1.85m width. Plans are available and I have building consent. I'm happy to allow viewing to get more details for the quote. I'm also happy to have quote as a whole job or seperate parts.
