I am wanting to change a window and door side by side into a french door. An area of flooring is raised and below this is a broken joist (likely happened during house transit) and shoddy work by removal company. It is possible this is also causing an issue with the weatherboards. I am hoping to find a builder who I can then contact in future during ongoing house improvements.
