Retaining Wall Balustrade

We are looking for a balustrade to be installed on top of an existing concrete block retaining wall. The wall is in a L-shape and of staggered height, approximately 9.5m x 5.5m. It needs to be a barrier that meets the building code clause F4 safety from falling and have a producer statement (PS1) which states it meets B1 and B2 requirements. We also need a PS3 issued for the installation.
