Deck stairs and hand railings rebuild + roof fascia repairs/replacement

Hi there, we are after a builder or handyman capable of repairing the following; Deck stairs rebuild. The deck requires a portion of the railing to be replaced (approximately 180cm only one side and 145cm on the other side) as well as some minor repairs to the deck frame (as shown in the photos). Various sections of the roof and garage fascia need to be replaced - some of which is only accessible from the roof. An external section of a roof beam as a small amount of rotten wood and needs a patch (or similar). This work is accessible from the deck.
