A few external building jobs to rebuild a small deck, handrail, repair a fence and resurface some stairs. Deck (Second storey) Replace decking boards on approx. 3m x 2m second story deck and build or install a new handrail that meets the current building code. Fence Repair section of damaged fence External Stairs Replace decking boards on external stairs leading up the side of the house
