Additional internal walls - office/bedroom creation

I'm looking to add one full and one partial internal wall -- to wall off the existing open-plan office area to create a closed-off office/additional bedroom. The alteration is within the existing footprint, with no changes to external walls or existing windows. The renovation will include floor-to-ceiling walls up to the vaulted ceiling, the addition of a door (possibly a pocket door), and a fully finished (skirted wall on both sides) and painted wall. Optionally, a skylight might also be added.
