Repair / Re-enforce old wooden retaining wall

This is not an urgent job. Likely to be done last week in April. We have a retaining wall as per photos >1.5 m high slightly higher as the ground level is below the original concrete level. There are posts on the top supporting a deck one storey up. (Potentially the wall fix could include the posts re-aligning) Its been leaning out for some time and need fixing. Somewhere between 8 up to 12 meters of the wall. In the long-term we are having some development done on that part of the section so not full replacement and upgrade at this stage. Advise and solutions and estimates needed please,
