Extension to men's shed Glenfield

Men's shed Glenfield are seeking interested builders to provide a quote for a new 10 x 10 metre extension to their building. A consent has been issued The quote must be for the whole job: * foundations and flooring * framing and insulation ^ cladding and internal renovations * and anything else associated with the Consent such as decks * drainage and electrical The building is on Council land and will be obviously monitored closely by various inspectors and required experts. The work will be done in stages over a number of months and the whole quote or part of the quote may be accepted to manage costs. ( so a breakdown of stages would be appreciated. Labour only may be an option here with the shed managing the project management. The Shed is a important part of the local community and those companies with a community focus will appreciate pricing and cost constraints to make this work happen.
