Previous good reviews not borne out in experience with tradie. Happy with the wall removal and reinstatement but not with the repaint and polyurethaning of floor patch. Also employed him to do woodwork around new garage door entry. Woodwork good painting not satisfactorily completed. Communication patchy. Seemed to be fitting in our job around other work so took far longer to complete than anticipated. A nice guy but seems to have dropped the ball a bit here.

Tradesperson reply
"We tried several times to access the property but couldn't because of other trades working there. Your schedule wasn't clear, and it felt like a waste of time because you were trying to manage everyone and everything. There were multiple times my team turned up to find other trades in our way. We also offered a significant discount to try to keep you satisfied. However, it seemed that you were unhappy with everything, which appeared to be a strategy to demand lower prices."
