New Deck and Lawn

I would like a first storey deck off my dining area with stairs leading down to another deck. This area currently houses a plum tree which we require to be chopped down and disposed of. The dining area currently has a large window of which I would like to replace with a bi-fold door which would lead on to the new deck. I also require fencing around the boundary line of the property and a gate fitting. I would also like to replace the lawn as it is tired and worn.
