Beach Haven - Sun room GIB ceiling

This job is replacing the plasterboard ceiling & plastering in our sun room. The old leaky skillion roof has caused numerous cracks in the gib ceiling, which now has been replaced. Since the new roof, we haven't seen any new cracks appearing nor existing cracks worsening. Overall dimensions of the space is 7400 x 2250. Appreciate that this listed job is minor, but we are looking to do some minor renovations around the house, including two bathrooms - scope hasn't been confirmed yet so unable to be listed. So we wanted to use this ceiling replacement opportunity to find a builder that we can trust and work with to do our upcoming bathroom renovations. So, even though this particular job is fairly basic, we're looking for a builder who has the experience to carry on and help us with our bathroom works. Thank you.
