Deck Replacement
Job description
Price required to remove existing deck c/w piles, bearers, joists etc and a replacement designed and built. The current deck is sagging in places so the subframe is probably shot. Deck is approximately 6.5m x 5.5m. It is on sloping ground from ground level to approximately 1.3m above ground. One side of the deck has 3 steps down to a paved area. There is also a wall around one corner of the deck. The deck is adjacent to an inground pool so will need to fit around the circular end of the pool. There is a wrought iron pool fence that is screwed onto the deck. This will need to be removed and then reinstated at the completion of the job. I would prefer a hard wood deck surface (pine substructure) but request comparative prices for pine and hardwood.

Teamgreen Projects owner Cobus quoted and managed this job very professionally. He dropped in each day to keep tabs on the job and manage his team. The job was completed on budget, and ahead of time. Both Cobus and his team were a pleasure to work with. They worked out their own solutions as to how the deck should be designed and built to meet my requirements.. We are very happy with the completed project and would be more than happy to have them work on our property again in the future.
