Window Removal and GIB infill, and crawl space door install

Hi there, I am looking for someone who can carry out: 1) Remove the wooden joinery window and sill in our bathroom/laundery, and frame up and infill with GIB, plaster, ready to paint . 2) Install a crawl space door / hatch to the existing opening - either a simple custom solution or something off the self. Refer to images.
