Job description
External wall has cracked and I believe there was a water damage. Need it to be inspected and repaired inside and out, including replacing parts of frame if required.

I had to arrange this job remotely as I live abroad, however from the start, Thomas kept me well informed of progress. As the job was urgent, Thomas agreed to prioritise it and rescheduled other things to fit me in. After every day, he would send an email and photos of progress and follow up with a phone call to discuss next steps when required. There were a few decisions to be made during build and Thomas always gave me a few options in terms of materials and cost. Fantastic work all round.
