Leaky walls repair

The basement of our house has leaky walls - there is mould coming out and a musty smell. The walls are made of concrete blocks, then covered with GYB boards on the inside. The house was built in 1960s so it's not waterproofed on the outside. There are cracks that were siliconed by the previous owner but apparently it's not working. A builder is needed to help detect the cause of the problem and fix it. Please see the photos attached and feel free to come and have a look in person.
