Deck repair
Job description
This small deck is being re-tiled and water-proofed under another job. I need a builder to remove the plaster cladding, inspect any structural damage from leaking, replace and re-clad. To ensure water doesn't seep back into the deck again the tiles need to over-hang the deck, with a flashing to prevent water seeping back into the deck again.
