We've discovered a hole in a corner of our garage, where there has obviously been ingression of water and some of the gib board and skirting is damaged by rotting. It appears that water is getting into the garage wall through cracks on the outside, which we have located. We need this repaired and water penetration stopped so it doesn't recur.
