Job description
Take one non-weight bearing wall out to merge a tiny room into lounge space and then fix up the suspended ceiling after an air can has been installed under the ceiling. The Air Con compnay will come in week commencing 11 January, so looking for a builder at the same time.

On purpose we did not go for the cheapest offer, but wanted a job well done, which Grant and his team delivered - thank you! Workmanship was excellent, there were some delays outside Total Advantage Group's control (due to Covid-lockdowns), but most importantly, all essential tasks were completed on time, Communication was excellent. I gladly recommend Grant and his team.
