Outdoor stairs

New steps to connect upper deck to lower deck to create 'indoor outdoor flow'. I have measured up and drawn concept drawing as attached that works. Builder to measure up and build without plans though and build to NZ standards and codes. (Dont have a consent, but may get one in retrospect later). Includes small amount of kwila decking, and retaining wall as illustrated. Full scope can be marked onto these illustrations when you measure up and price.
