New interior wall with slider door

Want to erect a new interior wall with a slider door, on top of the stairwell to isolate noise and provide separation in the living areas. As per photoshopped impression. Both the new wall and the slider door to be painted white. There is an existing half-height wall, which we want changed to a full height, closed wall. The slider door to have a key lock and to slide into the cavity in the wall.
