Replace half a carport roof and dispose of the old half you are replacing

Bit of a bizarre scenario. A carport that is shared by 2 units. The previous owner of the other unit, without my permission, decided to replace her half of the carport roof only. It was plain tin and she replaced her half in a red colour with a Coloursteel roof (she had Alzheimers). Now I need to replace my half (and her half has faded so it's going to look mismatched with half a new red roof and half a weathered one as it's been up for a few years). I have permission from the new owner of that unit (in writing) to go ahead and do this job (I will be paying for it so there' s no hassle re dealing with 2 separate property owners as you'll only be dealing with me). The half you will be replacing, measures approximately 6.66m long x 2.60m wide x 11.5cm depth. Wanting to get this done asap. Please come round and quote me on this and ignore my expected cost below if you think it's underestimated.
