Replacement deck

Existing deck around house needs replacing. Posts are more or less rotten at the bottom (all timber). Deck is approx. 23m long (goes around 3 sides of the house), 2.4m wide and 2.7m high (around upper level of house). A cheaper fix would be to only replace the posts, but looking to replace the full deck at the same time. Also want some stairs from top deck down to bottom deck. These would go down to the sand pit by the bottom deck (area covered in green cloth). Current access is only internal through the house. House and existing deck built 1991.
