Rotten framing

Due to leaks around the bath and shower in our bathroom the framing has rotted and will need replacing. I have taken out the bath and the wall linings already. The rest of the bathroom is ok. I would like the job done up to re-gibbing and possibly wall linings or tiles if this is possible with all the rules taken into consideration regarding waterproofing (unlike the last time) and conforming to Council laws. The job can start from the 14th August on but we are available this week for a look.
