Additional front door framing / Deck trimming #2
Job description
Hi, A couple of jobs located in Torbay. Please refer to photos. 1: Instead of replacing board cladding, we're after someone to repair/seal damaged patch (in red) and then cover with additional 60x230mm timber baton framing (in yellow) scribed/cut out to fit nicely into existing framing. 2: Trim decking to allow 12mm gap away from house (in green). Likewise it may be easier to replace existing decking with cut to size lengths. Deck is approx 17m. May lead to additional work. Please provide an estimate and your availability in your response as we'd like to move on this fairly quickly. Thanks

Really pleased that we went with Dragon Maintenance. Jason & Vicki's communication was great. These guys pay attention to detail and really ensure the finish is of a high standard. Jason understood what we were looking to achieve and also suggested an alternative approach which I'm really stoked we went with. Looking forward to having Dragon Maintenance carry out more work for us soon and later on down the line.
