ceiling crack and leak
Job description
Our granny flat's ceiling has a crack of about 8 inches and is surrounded by mildew. A recent downpour made it a lot worse and water leaked through onto the carpet. There is now also a slight bow in the ceiling. Some water and mildew are also visible nearby, in the corner and edge of one side of the ceiling.

Very pleased with the work that Ken and his son, Louis, did for us. They are the first to identify where water leaks in our ceiling were coming from, and remedied the problem with good workmanship.
