Looking for a builder to build an approximately 33sq metre extension to include a new dining room and master bedroom with ensuite. We already have concept plans drawn and consent process underway. to match existing style of 1948 state house weatherboard with steel roof and aluminum joinery. potential to also build approx 25sqm meter deck off the extension as well. we aim to have consent by december. floorplan attached, extension is bedroom 4 and dining and deck to rear of property
