"When i first quoted the job i said the materials will be $60 but as i got into the job i see that i needed some silicion to seal the out side of the window and told the customer i need a some as i did not first see it i would bung sealing the window for free. so i am sorry the job cost you $20 more i am so glad i done it for free because if i charged you $10 i would have even less than 3. when i said to the lady i finish the job she checked it and see that when i run 5meters of mastic around the window i misses a bit 20mm x 3mm wide ilike that i thought to my self she would make a great building inspector. so what i think will be a good idear is you sit there with the lady and make a check list with what u not happy with and i will come and sort it. i know the old and new paint looks a complete mess so when u made your list i will come over give you your $20 back and tidy up the mess of a paint job and just paint your whole kitchen. at least that way i can get a 5 on material cost. i know i said the job will take 4-5 hours and i was there an extra 3 hours maybe if i never said i will seal your windows and bung in the bit of free work i would have been out a bit quicker and got another point. i was only $280cheaper than the other guy. any way do you check list call me and i will be there in 30 mins i may be 45 because there may be a q in the paint shop. dont worry materials on me. At least you was happier than the guy underneaf."
