Reed Conservatory

We require a qualified builder to remove and replace an existing conservatory including the particle board floor. There is also some exterior cladding to be removed and replaced with linea weatherboard. The joinery consists of a ranch slider to one side, full height windows to the other. The existing plastic roofing is to be removed and replaced with glazed joinery. There is also a single door that requires replacement (3rd side). All joinery is to be aluminium or PVC. We wish to receive a cost option for both single and double glazed joinery. As this is a 'like for like' replacement we won't require any building consent to proceed. We do require the works complete by December.
