External Cladding Repairs

The house has been inspected using Thermal Imaging and moisture meters. The results of the inspection suggested that the following repairs be done. A balustrade is not fixed to the house well and needs to be removed/replaced. There is some damp behind where it is fixed badly and the cladding needs to be removed in a small area and maybe framework repaired. May need internal gib replaced as well. An area approx 1 mtr high by .5 mtr wide. A number of minor external cracks need sealing. A cladding joint covering needs replacing and resealing There is no moisture behind or below this.
