Job description
Hello, We are looking at building a 2 bedroom unit. We have the resource consent and awaiting for the building permit to be issued, so was wondering if this is something you may be interested in, and if so I will forward on our plans. Ideally we would like it completed this year, but could be flexible if we had a set date early next year. Regards Peter and Gilly Collett

Very happy with Riki the actual builder, he did a great job. As our Project manager was relatively new, we had a few issues with getting PS3 and PS4’s but we got there in the end. I liked the general process they use which is open and easy to track costs as they occur.
