Deck build

Looking at getting a quote to build a deck around 4x6 build on a second story of a house. Would like it to have a pagola with a tin roof and a gib ceiling with down lights. Would also like the inside to have windows removed and replaced with a sliding doors. I can supply all the timber needed. Will need to go through council.
