Interior renovation

Removal of all lower homes interior gib walls replace with decorative ply. Removal of gib ceilings x3 to access plumbing and replace with gib, cove and architraves including plastering. Replace 2x MDF window frames with pine. Build deck on top of existing concrete pad with steps leading to back yard. Removal of bathroom lower shower lining and replace once plumbing is complete. Removal of shower upper level tiles to access plumbing and replace with new lining. Removal of upper bathroom, upper toilet, laundry tiles for flooring installer to complete laminate install.
