New Office/Garage

We would like to build a separate stand alone structure which will originally be used as an office (with a toilet) but would be framed to be able to have a garage door put in at some stage in the future if necessary. We are looking at approximately 5m wide by either 6m or 7.2m deep (the width is dictated by a building line restriction recorded on the title). We are happy to do internal lining.
