I have 4 bedrooms and I want to add 1 large bedroom + quiet room and small lounge. Need abit of framing, cutting out 2 windows and wall off existing garage door and create another window. Need Gibbing and Gib stopping. Plumbing and Electrical work is taken care of. There are no load bearing support or work required. I have 3 large windows already bought so it need to be taken into account. Some framing and gibbing already done so its just a little bit more framing to be done in the bathroom & ensuite and on one side of the brick wall facing south and gibbing, gib stopping and ceiling to be done. Feel free to come have a look and quote accordingly. This work need to be completed yesterday so only those who can start immediately and can complete this within 2 weeks if not earlier!
