Boundary Fence

Straight fence down side of house, around 24 meters in length, 19m ish to be 1800 high and 3 meters to be sloping down to 1m then 2m ish of 1m high. All built out of wood. Current wooden fence to be taken down but left on our property for removal. Has old concrete posts that will need replacing with wooden ones, unsure of how to fix these but are open to ideas.
