Stud partition wall (with insulation and door) in garage
Job description
I need a stud partition wall built in our garage. We have a large garage under the main house, which may have originally been intended as a three car garage. The house is two levels with the garage located under the house. The laundry and ground level toilet are located at the back of the house. I'd like a stud wall constructed in order to make it a bit more comfortable in this space in the winter. I use the back of the garage as a workspace - but it gets very cold. As per the description I'd like a door, and for the wall to be insulated. I've drawn a diagram (not to scale) but as you can see it's a pretty simple job. Details: Dimensions: 3.7m width x 2.6m height (approx) Needs: Insulation, plasterboard on both sizes (stopping/painting not needed), door in an appropriate spot. I'd ideally like this done in the next couple of weeks but will depend on when a builder is available. I realize that this is just a small job - and might be best worked in with other jobs. I'm pretty flexible.

Chris did a fantastic job - and I feel that he went above and beyond. A real perfectionist. He got the job done quickly and professionally and I'd highly recommend him. I've already arranged to get him back in a couple of weeks for another job that needs doing.
