Bedroom(s) Ceiling Re-line, Hallway Panelling, Doorway removal

We would like to re-line the ceiling's of 2x bedrooms which currently have a panel look/finish. There is cornicing in these 2 rooms. Bedroom 3 - 4500 x 3000 Bedroom 1 - 4300 x 4000 We would like to remove a doorway which was added to the hall in the 90's and add decorative fretwork. We would like to add panelling to the entrance ( --- ) and hallway ( --- ) which will be capped by a dado rail (or moulding) for painting. Attached pics are of the bedroom ceilings, the current hall doorway and what we would like to achieve for the doorway and hall. We would like this work to take place between 9 and 20 June 2025.
