Deck replacement

Hi, I need my deck replaced completely. Bearers, decking and some new posts for extending the deck. The expansion will be 800mm on the existing step side and 1400mm along the longer side. Also, Overlay the concrete with decking to hide it. Probably raise the deck by 100mm so will have only one step down onto deck from house. Balastrades to be replaced with vertical railing type or open to ideas. Also need ideas on making a better step down onto grass. Probably bigger.
