Three jobs we need/want done. One job is tricky and will require co-ordination with aluminum retrofitters and external plasters (e.g. Galbraiths) to replace a rotten window sill. One job is building a timber carport on a concrete pad (we have got quotes for a aluminum kitset options and prefer a timber custom build). One job is replacing our fences which are ugly/hodge-podge. The window job is the most pressing/urgent. The others less so.
