Hi we are wanting to convert a garage to a rumpus room. We are doing some of it ourselves, but there are some bits we need someone with some tools and nous for. We need an internal wall framing erected. And we also need some flashing put in under the gutters on one wall. Don't need to be a builder, just handy.
