Remove two internal walls

We have two internal walls, we may need engineering reports/checks done as part of the job. The wall with the built in shelving on the left of the image backs onto a small room, this room has a wall height of 2.4, the main room is 2.7m, so a beam going across at the 2.4m height should work to support this structure? The other wall with the set of draws against it will need engineering certs I would imagine, the other side of this backs onto the Kitchen which will all be removed going forwards.
