New builds, standing frames

We are an established family owned company specialising in residential development and new builds. Due to increased workload we're looking for a labour only contractor to help with our current and future projects. First up is 162m2 single level house in Greenmeadows. Tasks include, Frames up ready for roof, wrap and flashings, install windows and doors ready for Gib, cavity system ready for cement sheet cladding, exterior cladding, builders finish. You will be a qualified and licensed builder that is easy to deal with, meets deadlines and can work in with sub trades to achieve a successful outcome. Future work will be of a similar nature and location, 1-2 per year.
