Small extension to back of house

We need an approx 11m2 extension added to the back of our house, which is a weatherboard villa, and if possible removing an existing internal wall (subject to engineers inspection). We have a limited budget so are looking to do this as cost effectively as possible - including undertaking any work we are able to (e.g. demo, painting etc). We have pricing drawings from our architect and images of the house where we'd like to make the alterations.
